SELECTED ACCOMPLISHMENTS
1) Developed standard format for knowledge base articles and training materials for Logitech Support. Generated and delivered training on tools and products for support staff in English and Japanese. Developed processes for managing KB-related aspects of RightNow.
2) Translated Efficient Networks' Macintosh product into Japanese.
Verified that it correlated to the Windows product.
Performed manual testing, imaged and maintained test equipment and liased with development team members to release products on time and quality-approved.
3) Led the Japanese SQA team for the m500/m505 product.
Responsible for ensuring the Japanese device and desktop products were released on schedule.
Tracked the bugs, managed the Japan-based test team, liaised with Localization Engineering and represented the SQA team in project meetings.
Translated bugs filed in Japanese to English, and communicated in Japanese with my team.
